Who says the words ’boutique hotel’ and ‘baby friendly’ can’t go together?

The Guesthouse East is Eastbourne’s most family friendly guest house and is living proof that style doesn’t have to mean compromising on practical facilities for the family.

Each of our spacious, contemporary suites has its own modern kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and pots and pans – so you’re ready and able to feed hungry mouths whatever time of day it is. But if you don’t fancy self catering, you can opt for bed and breakfast – see our breakfast options for more information on the flexible choices available.

Some of our family friendly suites can fit families of up to five, with futons, sofabeds and/or z-beds giving extra bed space.  For even bigger families, or for those families with older children that need their own room, there’s also the option of taking over a whole floor by booking two suites - so please call to discuss your family’s needs.

We’re also baby friendly and can provide travel cots, booster seats, plastic crockery/cutlery and even a bottle steriliser if you need it.  Simply let us know what you need when you book and we’ll do our best to minimise the amount you need to cram into the car.  We have a two-year-old ourselves, so can even lend you a few toys and books if you need something to help entertain your toddler.

Each room has its own TV/DVD player, so don’t forget to pack their favourite films to children or toddlers occupied for an hour while you have a much-deserved rest!  Although, with the amount of family friendly things to do in Eastbourne and the surrounding region, you’ll be lucky to find the time…
