Why do pilates during pregnancy?
Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise, ideally suited to support the postural changes during and after pregnancy. Pregnancy pilates helps towards a positive and healthy pregnancy – offering both mental and physical training. Our aim is to leave you feeling energised, positive and more prepared for labour.
nb it is strongly advisable that pregnancy pilates is practised only after the 16th week of pregnancy. Moreover, it is important to check with your GP or midwife before commencing any exercise during pregnancy.
