There are three breakfast options at The Guesthouse East – why not mix and match during your stay at Eastbourne’s stylish boutique B&B?

1) Self catering in Eastbourne

Each suite has its own modern kitchen for self cateringWant the independence of preparing your own food?  Each self catering suite at this Eastbourne guest house has a modern kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a good selection of pots and pans.

So you can decide exactly what you want to eat and when you want to eat it.

We provide a cafetiere, teapot and useful extras such as a bottle opener, garlic press and cheese grater.  You’ll also find complimentary teas (including herbal) and coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper to get you started – plus a few biccies and choccies!  And no need to pack cleaning equipment – each self catering suite comes complete with a tea towel, dishcloth, wash up sponge and washing up liquid.

2)  Bed and breakfast in Eastbourne

Fancy the indulgence of a cooked breakfast but don’t want to prepare it?  No problem -  let us know the day before if you want B&B and we’ll serve it in our friendly dining room or deliver it to your room.  Cost for a full cooked breakfast is £9 per person, or £5 for under 12s. Choices typically include:
  • a hearty full English breakfast made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
  • your favourite breakfast items on toast
  • fluffy omelette with your choice of filling
  • PLUS we’ve a generous selection of cereals to get you started and as much tea and coffee as you want

3)  Healthy but filling buffet breakfast

Luxury breakfast packs can be delivered to your roomWant a lighter bite but without self catering?  This option allows you to help yourself to a selection of breakfast goodies set up in the dining room.  Cost is £5 per adult and £3.50 for under 12s. Choices may vary but will typically include a wide selection of cereals, breads and morning goods for toasting, yoghurts, fresh fruit, squeezed fruit juices and tea / coffee.  And if you are feeling in need of something warm, why not plump for Carl’s ‘legendary’ porridge – also available within the price of this buffet.
